Supporting fast-growing Tech Companies And empowering LGBTQIA+ BIPOC talent
WeAreMarsha is your trusted talent sourcing partner, created to bridge the gap between fast-growing tech companies and LGBTQIA+ BIPOC talent.
Research has consistently demonstrated that marginalized communities, including but not limited to trans, queer, and gender non-conforming BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Colour) talent, continue to face significant challenges in accessing employment, as well as career and educational opportunities in general. Despite corporate DEI initiatives, systemic barriers still prevail.
WeAreMarsha works to close the diversity gap in tech by dismantling these barriers for trans and queer BIPOC talent specifically, though not exclusively, by enabling access to employment, education, and career opportunities in the tech ecosystem.
our mission
our values
Intersectionality
Coined by the American scholar Kimberlé Crenshaw, intersectionality is a framework highlighting how different aspects of a person's identity (i.g., race, gender, social class, disability, and sexual orientation) when overlapping, create unique experiences of oppression and privilege.
At WeAreMarsha, we apply an intersectional lens across the recruitment lifecycle to ensure equity and inclusion are embedded at every stage. This approach drives more inclusive, data-driven hiring outcomes.
Collaboration
WeAreMarsha is your trusted talent partner, created to bridge the gap between fast-growing tech companies and tech talent.
While our goals are ambitious we know we can't achieve them alone. That’s why we intentionally partner with a network of professionals, organisations, global changemakers and communities who share our commitment to equity and inclusion, ensuring that our impact is authentic and far-reaching.
Because real change is most powerful when it is built together.
